Key Training Requirements for Mosaic:

  • New Miners: 24 hours of MSHA Part 46 Training before work, including 4 hours initial site-specific training.
  • Experienced Miners: 8 hours of Annual Refresher Training.
  • Site-Specific Training: Required for all workers entering Mosaic properties, including RCRA overview for Louisiana sites.
  • Emergency Response: Specialized training for rescue teams (SCBA, fire, water, hazardous materials) is also conducted.
