AAA Top Quality Asphalt partnered with the Polk County School Board to complete a full parking lot reconstruction at Mulberry High School in Mulberry, Florida.
The project consisted of milling, paving, and repainting the school’s main parking lot. With the parking area completely shut down during the summer break, AAA was able to mobilize its team and complete the entire project in one complete day.
COMPLETE MILL, PAVE & STRIPE — IN ONE DAY
AAA milled approximately 6,440 square yards of the existing parking lot and replaced the pavement with approximately 708 tons of SP 12.5 asphalt.
The new asphalt was installed at a 2-inch depth in one lift, providing a complete and efficient paving operation from start to finish.
Once paving was completed, AAA’s team finished the parking lot with the required pavement markings and striping, restoring the parking layout for the upcoming school year.

The project was strategically scheduled during the summer when school was out of session, allowing AAA Top Quality Asphalt to maximize production without interfering with normal school operations.
The entire scope was completed in one total phase and one complete day.
AAA’s experienced team coordinated the milling, paving, and pavement marking operations to keep the project moving continuously and eliminate unnecessary downtime between construction phases.
