He has directed major construction projects, such as Legoland Florida, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Transformers, Discovery Cove, and Sea World 2013 as well as other partnering initiatives. Matt’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive, and leadership ability. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand his company’s reach. He realizes it takes teamwork to be successful in all organizations in which he is involved. This philosophy drives his professional endeavors. In 2013, Matt was inducted into his high school’s athletic Hall of Fame for his performance in football. He has also served as the Winter Haven Optimist Club’s President, Vice President, and Board Member. In 2012, Matt was nominated for Winter Haven Leadership Class 32. He served as co-chair for Class 33 and chair for Class 34. In 2014, Matt participated in the Polk Visions, Polk Leadership Class VIII. He also serves on the PEP Board of Winter Haven. Matt holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Maranatha Baptist University in Watertown, Wisconsin. He lives in Winter Haven with his wife, Stephanie, and their two daughters, Avery and Piper. He is a member of Heartland Church in Winter Haven. In his free time, Matt likes to spend time with his family and attend any type of sporting events.

David began his career in the 2000s and spent 10 years working with a Site Contractor, where he held all the licenses, as well as developed a strong foundation in commercial paving and project leadership. He then served as Lead Estimator for a Paving Company in New York for five years, overseeing major bids and coordinating large-scale pavement projects.

Throughout his career, David has been involved in estimating or managing work for some of Florida’s most well-known destinations and major infrastructure projects, including LEGOLAND Florida, SeaWorld (2013), Universal’s Harry Potter and Transformers attractions, Mobile Modular, First Park Industrial, the federal courthouse in Orlando, and the control tower at Orlando International Airport.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated, David is committed to delivering accurate estimates and exceptional service to every client. He lives in Winter Haven, Florida, with his wife Elizabeth. They have been married for over 25 years and have two children.

Before coming to asphalt, Steve spent years managing high-stakes remodels and rebuilds for some of the biggest names in retail and restaurant: KFC, Taco Bell, 7-Eleven, Target, Outback Steakhouse, Chick-fil-A, Glory Days Grill; you name the brand, he’s gutted it, rebuilt it on time and on budget, and kept the doors open (or reopened them faster than anyone thought possible). That same intensity now fuels every commercial lot, luxury driveway, subdivision, or public project he touches; including the full resurfacing and upgrades at the Bartow Civic Center, Richland Manor Park, and the paving of multiple large residential neighborhoods from start to finish.

Clients quickly figure out that when Steve’s name is on the proposal, the price is sharp, the schedule is real, and someone who’s used to answering to corporate VPs and franchise owners is personally making sure our crews deliver.

When the plans are finally signed off, Steve heads home to Auburndale, where his wife Rebecca and their two dogs, Dexter and Cookie, run the show. Sundays are for the Green Bay Packers, evenings often mean a few new chords on the guitar, and any extra hour usually goes to family. For years he also coached CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting on the side, taking dozens of everyday athletes (and a bunch of underserved kids he trained for free) to the platform where they stood on the podium with medals most of them never thought they’d earn. Ask him about the look on an athlete’s face the first time they hit a big lift and he’ll talk your ear off; those moments still fire him up as much as a perfectly paved parking lot.

Twenty years of turning tough jobs into happy clients, a proven closer who treats every parking lot like it has a national brand on the sign, and a quiet habit of lifting people up. Gretchen manages all project billing, handles both payables and receivables, and is often the first voice you hear when calling the office. She also coordinates many of our company traditions—including organizing our annual Christmas Parade participation and sending out holiday cards—adding a personal touch that our team and customers appreciate.

Dedicated, organized, and always willing to help, Gretchen does an outstanding job supporting our operations and representing AAA Top Quality Asphalt with professionalism and warmth.

During his time with the company, Brett has helped manage and deliver several notable projects, including the 2025 LEGOLAND Outer Park paving project and work for United Paper. His ability to build strong relationships—both with customers and team members—plays a major role in keeping projects organized, efficient, and successful.

Brett lives in Winter Haven with his wife and their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, especially through working out and CrossFit.

Brandon is highly skilled and able to operate all types of paving and site work equipment, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver a high-quality finished product. He works extremely well with customers, as well as with our estimators and Project Managers, helping ensure jobs stay on schedule and run smoothly from start to finish.

Throughout his career, Brandon has played key roles in many major projects, including paving at LEGOLAND Florida, Universal’s Harry Potter and Transformers areas, Mobile Modular sites, the University of South Florida, numerous large subdivision developments, and commercial projects for Publix, McDonald’s, Arby’s, and many others.

Brandon lives in the Winter Haven area with his wife and their three children. His dedication to quality, strong work ethic, and leadership in the field make him a tremendous asset to the AAA Top Quality Asphalt team.
