Matt Greene is the Vice President of AAA Top Quality Asphalt, LLC. His responsibilities include helping his company achieve financial goals and objectives, increasing operating performance, preparing budgets, creating business plans, and solving internal issues as they arise. Matt has worked in the construction Industry for almost 20 years. He has directed major construction projects, such as Legoland Florida, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Transformers, Discovery Cove, and Sea World 2013 as well as other partnering initiatives. Matt’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive, and leadership ability. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand his company’s reach. He realizes it takes teamwork to be successful in all organizations in which he is involved. This philosophy drives his professional endeavors. In 2013, Matt was inducted into his high school’s athletic Hall of Fame for his performance in football. He has also served as the Winter Haven Optimist Club’s President, Vice President, and Board Member. In 2012, Matt was nominated for Winter Haven Leadership Class 32. He served as co-chair for Class 33 and chair for Class 34. In 2014, Matt participated in the Polk Visions, Polk Leadership Class VIII. He also serves on the PEP Board of Winter Haven. Matt holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Maranatha Baptist University in Watertown, Wisconsin. He lives in Winter Haven with his wife, Stephanie, and their two daughters, Avery and Piper. He is a member of Heartland Church in Winter Haven. In his free time, Matt likes to spend time with his family and attend any type of sporting events.
